Electro-Ceramic Universe is a city where ceramics, electronics, wireless sound waves, light waves, organic and inorganic matter, and human beings cohabit, intersect, and interact. Over the past few months, light artist Amy Chan and sound artist Kin Lam collaborated with the talented ceramists of St. James' Creation (SJC), an artistic creative platform for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorder, to create this captivating city.

In this universe, sound is transmitted in various forms. Some are transmitted through loudspeakers, some are transformed into vibrations that can be detected, and some are hidden from our perception. The sounds are collected by “C-Fu-Jai” in our bustling city, sounds from our studio, and ceramic music post-processed by electronic devices. The audience is invited to listen to the sounds, to immerse themselves in the different lights and artworks, in order to reacquaint themselves with the story of “C-Fu-Jai”.

「電陶宇宙」是一座陶瓷、電子、無線聲波、光波、有機和無機物以及人類共處、交匯與互動的城市。在過去數月，燈光藝術家陳一云 (Amy Chan) 和聲音藝術家林建霖 (Kin Lam) 與陶藝家（「師傅仔」）們合作，在藝想(SJC)這個為智障及自閉症譜系障礙人士提供藝術創作平台的工作室裡，共同創造了一個引人入勝的城市。在這裡，聲音以各種形式傳播，有的通過揚聲器傳遞，有的轉化為可以被探測到的振動，亦有的隱藏在我們的感知之外。這些聲音是「師傅仔」在鬧市中收集的，有來自陶藝工作室的，也有經過電子裝置後期處理的陶瓷音樂。我們邀請觀眾靜聽聲音、沉浸於不同的燈光，與作品互動，重新認識屬於「師傅仔」的故事。
