Tomorrow Maybe, 4/F Eaton HK
This is a journey of reweaving life.
Here, every stitch represents a vibrant spirit,
every thread symbolizes resilience,
stitching together an eternal tenderness,
spinning out a distinct texture of life.
Texture of Life, co-organized by AIDS Concern and Fashion Clinic Collective, invites you to witness the stories of nine people living with HIV (PLHIV) and their carers, who have transformed vulnerability and challenges into stories of resilience and empowerment.
Fashion designer Kay and photographer PoKit collaborated to create visual stories for nine distinct outfits based on their heartfelt conversations with the nine PLHIV and their carers. Each outfit is a testament to the strength of the human spirit and the emotions that define their experiences. We cordially invite you to explore the power of other people’s minds and spirits, including your own.
In an environment still rife with HIV myths, they choose to express their most honest and genuine emotions. Let us open our hearts and embark on this journey where every thread tells a story, and each story weaves a path to mutual understanding, empathy and inclusion.
